Spain Vacations, Spain Travels and Spain Holidays

Spain VacationsSpain with such an affluent and great historical past, has indeed a very amazing dynamism for the present. The impressions that one gets from the travel brochures on a Spain vacation is usually about bullfights, crowded beaches, rows and rows of vineyards, serene and peaceful hill towns, great glorious castles and the astounding Moorish palaces. However, if you take some time to really travel this great country, you will notice the sheer variety that this country could offer and would always astonish even the most skeptical as it has developed into a pristine richness after more than 2 decades of effort to catch up with the rest of Europe.

It is still very much in substantiation that the original Spanish nation was actually made up of the few kingdoms in terms of the language diversity, customs, cultures and traditions.

Cultural innovations, high-tech ventures, and modern-day art thrive in the new Spain, and even the age-old siesta is no longer in practice. This blend of new and old, of "castles in Spain" and cutting-edge cuisine, is making this Spanish nation truly a place to be proud of in the 21st century.

The lively and remarkable city of Catalunya (Catalonia) in the northeast; the lush countryside idyll of Galicia situated in the northwest; the Basque country around Bilbao which has an amazing distinction between unbridled optimism and post-industrial recession; Castile and the south which is still one way or another in essence "Spanish".

Besides all these, there are definitely some other places of interest like the three magnificent cities of Madrid, Barcelona and Seville; the Christian ones of Old Castile in the west and the Moorish monuments of Andalucia in the south; the Pyrenees which offers some of Europe's best trekking will definitely make this country the perfect Spain vacations.
